Yes, we ask for a deposit to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due before final delivery of your edited video. Payment terms are outlined clearly in the contract before any work begins.

What happens if I need to reschedule my event?

Are travel costs included for events outside Cairo?
Our listed pricing covers projects within Cairo, Egypt. For events outside the city, travel and accommodation costs are calculated separately and added to your final quote before booking is confirmed.
